well I started week 8 of C25k yesterday. 3 sessions of running 28 mins continuous, with 5 mins warm up/warm down....I am a little amazed to say, I did it! not 'easy' - first 14 mins were faster than the second 14 mins - and by the time the voice told me I had 5 more mins to go I was hanging on for the end - but I did it - all of it - no stopping. And it felt great :D and thats all I have to say about that!!!
